You honestly have lots of options. If you want the Twitter experience without being on Twitter there's Threads and Bluesky. Instagram is pretty decent for artists as it's geared towards still images. Tumblr itself is a pretty good option too, although maybe not the most stable in the long term - I'm unsure if it will still exist 10 years from now.
